Refund Policy

At RepliYou, we are committed to providing a high-quality, creative AI experience. We value transparency and fairness, and our Refund Policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with protection against misuse.

1. Full Refunds

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

  • You have purchased a RepliYou package and none of the included tokens have been used.
  • Your request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@repliyou.com with your order details.

2. Partial Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. You may be eligible for a partial refund if one or more of your generated images contain clear and visible defects, such as:

  • The subject is missing or replaced by a different person.
  • Major generation errors affecting face/body (e.g. distorted fingers, missing limbs, etc.).
  • Garments or environments rendered in ways that are clearly incorrect.

All such refund requests will be reviewed manually by the RepliYou team to ensure eligibility.

Please Note:

  • A refund is not granted for subjective dissatisfaction where the image is technically valid (e.g., if the style doesn't match expectations or likeness is not exact).
  • Refunds will not be issued for images that have already been downloaded, unless a generation defect is evident.

3. Creative Use & Representation Disclaimer

RepliYou is designed for artistic, personal, and experimental purposes. Due to the nature of AI-generated content:

  • We do not guarantee an exact, photo-realistic match with your real-life appearance.
  • Styles are expressive and vary in detail and fidelity.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the generated images do not identically resemble your photos, unless there is a technical or visual defect.

4. Abuse Protection & Fair Use

To protect our platform and community:

  • Repeated refund requests, chargebacks, or suspicious usage patterns may lead to account review, limitation, or suspension.
  • Refund eligibility may be void if you violate our Terms of Use.

5. Enterprise & Bulk Orders

For team, enterprise, or bulk orders:

  • Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Typically, unused tokens or uninitiated AI training may be refunded or prorated as credits.
  • Refunds for partially used plans will be limited to unused portions only.

6. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email support@repliyou.com with:

  • Your Order ID
  • The reason for your request
  • A brief description and example(s) of any image defects, if applicable

We typically respond within 2 business days, and most cases are resolved within 5 business days.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase
  • Images have been downloaded and are free from defects
  • Uploads that violate our guidelines (e.g. non-compliant, poor quality, inappropriate content)
  • Platform abuse or fraud attempts

8. One-Time Courtesy

If you are a first-time customer, we may offer a one-time courtesy refund or credit, even if your case falls outside our standard policy—because customer experience is at the heart of what we do.
